Taiwan Labor Standards Act anniversary-based continuous service only; unpaid leave is not deducted. Entitlement: 3 days after 6 months, 7 after 1 year, 10 after 2, 14 after 3, 15 after 5, 16 after 10, then one more per year up to 30. Use the Ministry of Labor's full tool for carryover, termination settlements or calendar/school-year systems. Do not add the first six-month 3 days again to the new anniversary's 7 days. For a month-end start and a shorter corresponding month, uses that month's last day. Refer disputes to the labor authority.

Worked example
A worker starting on 2025-11-03 reaches one year on 2026-11-03 and enters a seven-day anniversary entitlement. If two days were used within that new period, five remain.
