Example result

Working days

5days

The government calendar covers administrative agencies in the specified years only. Adding working days excludes the start date.

Calendar days (including both dates)7 days
Weekend days2 days
Additional weekdays excluded0 days

Includes both start and end dates and counts Monday to Friday only. Public holidays, make-up workdays and personal schedules are not loaded automatically; enter excluded dates yourself.

Method and scope

Range mode includes both endpoints and counts eligible dates once. Add mode excludes the starting date; adding zero returns that date, and manually entered excluded dates can remove additional working days.

The manual calendar does not automatically know Taiwan public holidays or make-up working Saturdays. Duplicate exclusions only remove a date once.

The Taiwan administrative-agency calendar covers 2026-2027 only, with data version 2026-10-31 from New Taipei City personnel open data. It is not a universal employee roster, omits emergency closures and rejects dates outside its coverage; legal deadlines need separate confirmation.

What this helps you do

Count working days between dates or find a date after adding working days. Choose a manual Monday-to-Friday calendar or the covered Taiwan government calendar.

What to enter

Start with start date, then fill the other relevant fields in the units shown. Available calculations are Count working days between dates, Add working days to a start date.

How the calculation works

Range mode includes both endpoints and counts eligible dates once. Add mode excludes the starting date; adding zero returns that date, and manually entered excluded dates can remove additional working days.

Worked example

Under the manual calendar with no exclusions, 2026-10-05 through 2026-10-09 contains five working days. Adding five working days to 2026-10-05 reaches 2026-10-12.

Understanding the answer

The manual calendar does not automatically know Taiwan public holidays or make-up working Saturdays. Duplicate exclusions only remove a date once.
