Quote based on your inputs

31,900TWD

The quote follows from your conditions. Income tax is excluded, and buyers are not guaranteed to pay this price.

Total time committed30 hours
Time and direct costs29,000 TWD
Contingency allowance2,900 TWD
Platform fees0 TWD

Includes revision and administration time. Handle taxes separately. The quote is not a guarantee of market prices.

Method and scope

Quote equals (all hours times target hourly earnings plus direct cost) times (1 plus contingency), divided by (1 minus fee rate). Dividing by the retained fee share allows for fees charged on the quote.

The quote is the amount needed under your assumptions, rather than evidence that a client will accept it. The target hourly amount is your own business goal.

A fee rate of 100% cannot produce a finite quote. Income tax, legal responsibility, market demand and an enforceable project scope are not established by this calculation.

What this helps you do

Build a quote from the time and direct costs a project requires. Set aside hours for revisions and administration rather than hiding them.

What to enter

Start with production hours, then fill the other relevant fields in the units shown. The field hints explain the required format and examples.

How the calculation works

Quote equals (all hours times target hourly earnings plus direct cost) times (1 plus contingency), divided by (1 minus fee rate). Dividing by the retained fee share allows for fees charged on the quote.

Worked example

Ten total hours at TWD 500 plus TWD 1,000 direct cost gives TWD 6,000 before contingency and fees. With 10% contingency and 10% fees, the quote is about TWD 7,333.33.

Understanding the answer

The quote is the amount needed under your assumptions, rather than evidence that a client will accept it. The target hourly amount is your own business goal.

Scope and limitations

A fee rate of 100% cannot produce a finite quote. Income tax, legal responsibility, market demand and an enforceable project scope are not established by this calculation.
